I'm Leslie Young, the owner of Baked and Loaded, a mom, and the lady behind this little potato-loving dream right here in Christiansburg.

I built Baked and Loaded around a pretty simple idea: good food, real ingredients, and a place where people feel welcome. Every order, every kind word, and every person who walks up to our gate means more to me than you know.
